Welcome to Bansal Holidays. By booking any travel services (including holiday packages, flights, visa, transfers, and cruises) with us, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming any booking.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Prices quoted are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations, government taxes, or supplier revisions.
A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of full or partial payment as advised by Bansal Holidays.
The client must provide accurate details (name, passport number, travel dates, etc.). Any errors may lead to additional charges.
Payment can be made via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, or other approved modes.
Full payment must be received before issuance of travel documents, tickets, or vouchers.
In case of non-payment within the specified period, Bansal Holidays reserves the right to cancel the booking without notice.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing (email or WhatsApp message).
Cancellation charges will apply as per the supplier, airline, or hotel policy.
Service charges by Bansal Holidays are non-refundable.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15–30 working days after receiving the supplier’s confirmation.
The traveler is responsible for carrying valid travel documents such as passport, visa, tickets, and insurance.
Bansal Holidays provides visa assistance but does not guarantee approval; visa decisions are solely at the discretion of the embassy or consulate.
The company will not be held liable for denial of boarding or entry due to documentation issues.
Flight schedules and fares are subject to change without prior notice.
Bansal Holidays is not responsible for flight delays, rescheduling, cancellations, or missed connections caused by the airline.
Hotel and cruise bookings are governed by the respective supplier’s terms. Any changes after confirmation may attract additional charges.
Transfers and sightseeing tours operate as per the confirmed itinerary.
Missed transfers or tours due to client delays will not be refundable.
The company reserves the right to alter or cancel services due to operational reasons, weather conditions, or safety concerns.
Bansal Holidays acts only as an intermediary between the traveler and service providers (airlines, hotels, transporters, embassies, etc.).
We are not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or irregularity caused by third-party service providers or factors beyond our control (natural calamities, strikes, political unrest, etc.).
Clients are advised to take comprehensive travel insurance before departure.
Travelers must ensure they meet the health and vaccination requirements of their destination country.
Bansal Holidays will not be liable for any health-related issues or expenses arising during travel.
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [your city name, e.g., Delhi].
